ABB Robot Preventive Maintenance
According to Government Regulation No. 176/2008 Coll., §2, a robot is considered machinery. The requirements for its operation and use are defined by Government Regulation No. 378/2001 Coll.
A machinery inspection is required once every 12 months. The equipment must also be accompanied by technical documentation, which includes, among other things, a service report from the performed preventive inspection.

After completing the Preventive Maintenance, the service technician prepares an official report in the ABB Preventive Maintenance Guide (PMG) system.
The report is then sent to the customer’s contact email along with a list of any identified issues and is stored in the ABB database.
